Problem Statement

Users found it difficult to efficiently book car wash services, often dealing with unreliable communication methods like WhatsApp or phone calls.

User Interview & Surveys

Through surveys and user interviews, I identified key pain points: the inconvenience of traditional booking methods and poor communication channels. These insights helped in developing personas representing our target users: busy professionals, eco-conscious individuals, and seniors looking for straightforward solutions.

Pain Points:
Inconvenient Booking: Users were frustrated by the time-consuming process required to book a wash.

Communication Gaps: Delayed responses and lack of confirmation made booking and service reliability questionable.

User Flow:
The user flow was is designed to minimise the number of steps required to book a wash. It begins with user registration, followed by vehicle and location selection, package choice, and appointment scheduling. Each step is designed to be intuitive, ensuring users of all demographics can navigate the app with ease.
