The PureNut project aimed to create an engaging eCommerce platform for a vegan nut milk maker, focusing on both product sales and user education. The goal was to reach health-conscious users, educate them on plant-based alternatives, and provide a seamless shopping experience. This project used a user-centered design approach to tackle challenges around health awareness, sustainability, and accessibility.

The artist needed a digital platform to showcase his diverse artwork while ensuring an seamless user experience and allowing tailored content for specific pages without disrupting design consistency.

I began by conducting interviews with target users, including young professionals, athletes, gym lovers, healthy food enthusiasts, vegans, and vegetarians aged 18-35. These interviews helped uncover key challenges, motivations, and needs regarding plant-based milk.

Pain Points
Lack of Awareness Responders are unaware of unhealthy sugars in Supermarket Plant-based Milks and do not have the knowledge about alternative solution and the Milk can be made at Home.

Frequency of Buying Plant-Based Milk Only 2 respondents buy plant-based milk daily, while 10 buy it weekly, and 5 buy it monthly. This shows a varying frequency that might affect the perceived necessity of owning a milk maker machine.

Information Sources Respondents find information from diverse sources like social media, health blogs, and friends/family. The website must establish credibility and visibility across these platforms to reach the target audience effectively.

Based on the research, I developed user personas that represented the core audience. These personas guided every design decision, ensuring the platform was aligned with user needs.
